Project Management Professional (PMP)

PMI's flagship credential — proof you can lead and direct projects across predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches. Globally recognized and often a salary lever.

Critical timing — which exam are you taking? PMI launches a new PMP exam on 9 July 2026, based on the 2026 Exam Content Outline (ECO) and PMBOK 8. The previous exam is only available through 8 July 2026. Since a realistic prep plan is 10–12 weeks and it's now mid-2026, this site targets the new (post-9-July-2026) exam. If you somehow plan to test before 8 July, the domains are the same three but with the old weights (People 42% / Process 50% / Business Environment 8%).

New: the all-in-one Learn page. Study every topic in one place — lecture, video, cheat sheet, and a quick quiz, with your progress tracked across all 21 topics. Includes a daily study-plan generator that schedules you to exam day.

The three domains & 2026 weightings

The headline change for 2026: Business Environment more than triples (8% → 26%).

Domain2026 weight(was)What it covers
People33%42%Leading teams, building shared vision, conflict, stakeholder engagement & expectations, knowledge transfer, communication.
Process41%50%Planning & integration, scope, value-based delivery, resources, procurement, finance, quality, schedule, status, closure.
Business Environment26%8%Governance, compliance, change control, impediments/risk, continuous improvement, org change, external environment.

Approach mix to expect: ~40% of questions reflect predictive (traditional) project management; the other ~60% are agile or hybrid. You must be comfortable across all three delivery approaches — they're woven through every domain, not isolated. New themes for 2026: AI and sustainability.
